The Meizu MX4 could have the slimmest front bezels of any smartphone we’ve seen so far, if a leaked front panel of the handset is anything to go by. Meizu is a relatively unknown OEM outside China, but widely popular in its home country.
The front panel here is compared with a Sony Xperia device to give us a better idea of how slim the bezels actually are. There’s no word on the screen size, but it’s clear that users will be able to make the most of the display real estate thanks to this design.
Like Xiaomi, Meizu is known for its low cost smartphones with flagship level hardware, so the MX4 should be no different. The handset is expected to come with a Snapdragon 805 chipset, 3GB of RAM, a 16-megapixel camera on the back with a 5-megapixel front camera. It is said that the MX4 will break cover by early August, so we might not have to wait long to get a closer look at what Meizu’s latest flagship has to offer.
