The Moto 360 is one of the widely anticipated smartwatches in the market today. A new report now suggests that users will be able to use their Qi standard wireless chargers with the smartwatch for a completely wireless experience.
The revelation comes from an FCC document for an accessory with the model number SPN5845A which is supposed to be a charging accessory for the Moto 360. It’s not known if this will be a mandatory accessory or just an option for the customers to charge their device wirelessly. It is likely that the device will have the standard micro USB charging port as well, which was recently revealed to be available on the LG G Watch which will hit the markets along with the Moto 360.
It’s good to know that Motorola is leaving no stone unturned in making the Moto 360 a success with additional accessories and wireless charging options. The smartwatch is already a favorite among Android fans although it has been said that the device might not be launched on a global scale.
