We’ve already heard about this device previously and even reported about its specs. This model is an update to the previously released Asus MeMOPad HD 7 this time using an Intel Atom Z3560 quad-core processor instead of the Mediatek MT8125 quad-core processor.

There’s a 5MP rear facing camera to take photos and videos while the 2MP front facing camera is able to handle video calls. In terms of quality don’t expect to be blown away by the photos taken by this device.

Connectivity options includes microUSB port for charging and data transfer, 802.11b/g/n 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and  Bluetooth 4.0 which allows for low power data sync.

The MeMO Pad ME176C has a rubber/plastic rear that allows users to have a firm grip of the deivce. It is quite a sturdy device and isn’t a fingerprint magnet. The camera is mounted on top center while the bottom part is occupied by a single speaker. The speaker itself does a decent job of providing sound when watching movies.

This device is going to be priced at $150 and will soon hit the market.
