We saw the HTC One M8 getting official support for CyanogenMod 11 nightlies yesterday and the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is following suit today. Users of the tablet can now download nightlies from the CyanogenMod website and pass on their bug report to the developers. The file is known as mondrianwifi, so keep that in mind before proceeding with the download.
The purpose of these nightlies is to educate the CM team if there are any plaguing issues with the ROM so that they can fix it before the final or stable release is out for the customers. So keeping that in mind, make sure you are fully aware of the risks involved while flashing a ROM. We suggest you stay away from this if you’re new to the idea of flashing ROMs, as a stable build of an older CM release will probably be a better bet, especially if you’re not a developer.
But if you own a Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and are fully aware of the procedure and the implications involved, make sure you download the ROM from the link below and pass on your feedback.
