The existence of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active has been spoken about on quite a few occasions. Today, a new User Agent Profile leak shows off a possible AT&T variant of the handset. If you recall, last year’s Galaxy S4 Active was an exclusive on AT&T, so it’s only logical for the successor to make its way to the carrier as well. However, given the lack of evidence about the smartphone’s existence, we’re forced to treat this with skepticism.
The device spotted here comes features the model number SM-G870A with the last alphabet indicating the carrier’s name. The Galaxy S5 Active has long been rumored to come with the model number SM-G870, so this adds up pretty well.
We’re not sure how different this new model will be considering that the regular Galaxy S5 has pretty much every feature necessary for an active and adventurous lifestyle. But we’re sure Samsung will have some unique feature in mind to make it stand out from the standard Galaxy S5.
