We’re still a few months away from an official announcement of the LG G3, but rumors of the mini variant of the upcoming LG flagship have already started making the rounds. A handset with the model number LG D725 has been spotted in a leaked document – it sports the codename “B2 mini”, and since the LG G3 is expected to be known as the B2, the B2 mini is being said to be the LG G3 mini.
According to the document, the LG D725 is the AT&T variant of the device. Specs mentioned in the document include a 720p display of unknown resolution, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and an 8-megapixel camera on the back. Naturally, at such an early stage, there’s no telling whether these leaked documents are real and trustworthy, though given the fetish Android manufacturers have for making mini variants of their flagships these days, it wouldn’t be surprising if the LG G3 mini is already being tested and could even be announced at the same time as the G3.
However, with the LG G2 mini having launched only recently, don’t expect its successor to make it to market any time soon. Source: GSMArena
