The Sony Xperia Z2 was officially unveiled by the Japanese manufacturer a couple of weeks ago and it hasn’t taken long for retailers across the world to put it up for pre order. The smartphone is now available through Vodafone across the United Kingdom on contract with an attractive offer in place as well. The first 3,000 pre orders will reportedly get a 32 inch television with the smartphone for free. This isn’t a high end TV of course and features a paltry resolution of 1366 x 768, so it might not necessarily replace your home TV, but it’s a television nonetheless.
Speaking more about the plans in place, Vodafone will offer the smartphone for £42, £47 or £52 per month with varying data caps with no additional charge for the handset. The cheapest option starts from £34 per month but that requires users to shell out £149 for the smartphone up front. As usual, a standard two year agreement will need to be signed if you’re looking to get the handset on contract.
