Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 now available with a $20 discount via Best Buy

Galaxy Tab 3

American retailer Best Buy is now selling the 7 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for a decent $179.99 after a $20 discount. This is a great bargain for a budget tablet of its caliber considering what it brings to the table. There’s no expiration date mentioned for the deal, so it could be a permanent price reduction considering that the Korean manufacturer is launching the Galaxy Tab 4 soon.

So if you’re in the market for a decent budget tablet, make sure you give the Galaxy Tab 3 a brief look. The tablet comes with a 7 inch 1024 x 600 resolution display, a 1.2 GHz dual core chipset, 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with an update to Android 4.4 on the horizon and a 4,000 mAh battery.

Best Buy is selling the refurbished model for about $20 lesser, so you can check that out if you’re looking to get an even better deal on the tablet. The retailer is only selling the white variant of the tablet at the moment.

  1. Yeah, there’s no going wrong with the Nexus 7. And I don’t say that from a fanboy perspective, it’s a fact that the Nexus 7 is one of the best 7-inch tablets you can get yours hands on at a relatively cheap price.

  2. That is just the same way I feel. I do shop at because they do have a great deal of discounts but I don’t think I could pass up a Nexus for a little more, especially when I need to buy two of them.

  3. To be brutally honest, this is a terrible discount. If you’re going to get a 7-inch tablet, you mine as well get something a heck of a lot more powerful–the Nexus 7. It’s about $40 more after the discount on the Tab 3, but I can’t even begin to explain how happy I’ve been with it.
