Moto 360 will come with a wide range of wrist straps

Moto 360

The Moto 360 is easily one of the most talked about smartwatches in the market today, thanks to its circular design which is very reminiscent of a classic timepiece. Motorola has now revealed that the smartwatch will come with plenty of customization options, much like the Moto X, with the ability to select from a variety of bands and wrist straps.

It is said that the back plate of the Moto 360 could be customized as well since it appears to be a colored plastic unit. Users can choose from a dark or light shade of metal along with plastic and rubber straps much like any other smartwatch. Strangely, the Moto 360 also appears to have a winding instrument on one side of the device much like a traditional watch.

It will be interesting to see how Motorola utilizes this particular feature as it doesn’t need mechanical winding like a conventional wrist watch. Motorola has said that it wants to make regular wrist watch wearers feel at ease with this new device, so that’s probably what this is about.

  1. Replacing a Rolex I’ve worn for 15 years with this watch. Well played Motorola. I didn’t think anyone would get me to do that. Someone finally made it over the ugly-digital watch hill.

  2. I like that the watch will come with a myriad of different bands, but to be completely honest, I still don’t see myself buying one. I would like to know what the dial on the side is about, though.
