Google Play Movies now available in 37 new countries

Google’s popular movie download and streaming service is now available in 37 new countries of the world. Google Play Movies has been available in the U.S. and several other countries for quite some time now. So its availability in 37 new markets will certainly come as a boost to the Mountain View based company.

Users can now find Play Movies in the following countries – Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, Gabon, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Ivory Coast, Luxembourg, Mali, Mauritius, Namibia, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Niger, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Rwanda, Senegal, Sweden, Togo, Uruguay, Venezuela and Zambia.

The service will allow customers to rent or purchase titles and watch them practically from anywhere on the internet, in addition to the Play Movies app on Android of course. So if you belong to either of these countries, you should now be able to purchase or rent popular titles right from your smartphone.
