New leak reveals the front of the HTC M8 with onscreen navigation buttons

A recent leak revealed the HTC M8 with its twin camera setup on the back. A new leak from earlier today has revealed the front of the smartphone complete with the onscreen navigation buttons, as expected. The user interface doesn’t look all that different from the current iteration of Sense UI, which is a little disappointing. The display is clearly bigger compared to the HTC One, but it doesn’t look all that different to be honest. The smartphone appears to have the critically acclaimed stereo BoomSound speakers on the front, which is very good news.

While one image reveals the onscreen navigation buttons, another image reveals the HTC icons grabbing the entire display, so we’re guessing the software is capable of hiding these buttons whenever necessary so as to utilize the screen real estate accordingly. Since this is merely a leak, we cannot vouch for its authenticity at this point, but we hope to know more about the handset in the coming weeks. HTC is expected to launch the M8 next month in New York City, so there’s still some time left.
