The Xperia Sirius D6503 is rumored to break cover soon as the company’s new flagship. However, a newer Sony flagship has made its way to the rumor mill with the leak of a blurry image. This image coming from China reveals a super slim bezel on the smartphone, reminiscent of the LG G2. The image could well be of a pre-production prototype, so it is hard to come to conclusions at this point. It is said that this smartphone features the model number D6603, indicating that Sony has multiple flagships gearing up for launch.
With the Xperia Z1 Compact being the company’s most recent device, we’re guessing these newer flagships will break cover at the MWC event in a few weeks from now. Meanwhile, a few leaked battery life screenshots of the Xperia Sirius from the XDA forums have revealed poor battery backup. The smartphone is rumored to pack a 3,300 mAh battery on board, and with a backup of about 1 day with normal usage, it doesn’t come across as a battery powerhouse. Both smartphones should be unveiled in Barcelona on or after the 24th of February.
