A new leak claims that Samsung could be looking to launch a slightly upgraded version of the Galaxy Core. The smartphone is known as the Galaxy Core LTE and bears the model number SM-G386F. According to Sam Mobile, the smartphone will be launched in March, which means that an announcement could be made during the MWC event in February. The smartphone is possibly headed towards Europe, with a China Mobile variant (SM-G386) believed to be in the pipeline as well.
Chinese sources claim that the smartphone will feature a 4.5 inch 480 x 800 resolution display, an 8MP camera on the back, 1GB of RAM, a quad core 1.2 GHz processor, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and a 2,000 mAh battery. There’s no word on the internal storage of the smartphone, but it is claimed that the Galaxy Core LTE has a microSD card slot on board. This basically sounds like a LTE variant of the standard Galaxy Core and with a slightly larger display.
