Verizon has officially launched the white LG G2 and is giving away the flagship smartphone for free on a two-year contract, as part of its Cyber Monday deals. The carrier will also be activating the phone for free for purchases made today, saving buyers another $35, though the off-contract price (unfortunately) remains the same as before at $499. If you opt for Verizon’s Edge plan, it will set you back by $20.90 every month.
The LG G2 is currently one of the best smartphones in the market, so the Cyber Monday deal from Verizon is one you shouldn’t miss, especially if you love your phones in white. Specs of the G2 include a 5.2-inch 1080p LCD display, 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization and multipoint autofocus, 32GB of non-expandable storage, Wi-Fi, LTE and NFC connectivity, and a 3000 mAh battery; the handset runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, with a plethora of features such as Q Slide, customizable navigation buttons, and more, with an update to Android 4.4 KitKat expected sometime before April 2014.
