can't close webpages in galaxy s4

“Hi! I’ve been having issues with my Samsung Galaxy S4. The problem is that I can’t close webpages in my phone. The button next to where you type in the web address,  where it shows how many old web pages that never got closed, won’t respond when I press it. It will only get highlighted but it won’t open. Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks for the help with the GS4, love this site!”

Here are some solutions that might work for you if you can’t close webpages in your Galaxy S4:

1. Force Close App

2. Clear Cache and Cookies

3. Soft Reset

A Soft Reset will help refresh the system of your device and it will also help remove minor bugs. To do this, just press the Power/Lock button until your phone reboots.

4. Factory Reset
