We have received several emails in The Droid Guy Mailbag from Samsung Galaxy Series users lately about getting their emails late. So, we tried to look into the matter to come up with an explanation, and importantly, a way to solve the issue.
Looking at the current events, Google has confirmed last Monday the problem. So, do not worry if you are experiencing the hassle because it’s not just an isolated case. Reportedly, even PC users are encountering the same problem.
According to the post of Google under Gmail Service Details, the problem has affected around 50% of their users. The latest update logged by Google (timed 9/24/13 10:00 AM) said that their servers are working normally now. However, just below the message, it says that between 0554 and 1530, only 29.1% were recorded as late.
