Aio Wireless has formally announced its availability in all parts of the U.S. Ever since its launch in May this year, the carrier’s reach was limited only to a few regions in the country, but this new announcement changes that. The carrier is AT&T’s subsidiary which offers smartphones through prepaid plans for a bargain, thus competing directly with good old T-Mobile.
The carrier has several plans for feature phones and smartphones which include unlimited voice, texts and data. Aio Wireless also has some popular phones in its lineup, like the Samsung Galaxy S4, the Apple iPhone 5 and the Nokia Lumia 620. Customers can access AT&T’s snappy 4G LTE network through Aio Wireless, but the speed is capped at 8 Mbps.
The carrier also sells the ZTE Velox as its sole tablet. It’s still early days for the carrier and we can expect to see more devices as time progresses. Users looking for a decent prepaid smartphone with access to AT&T’s network, cannot go wrong with Aio Wireless.
