The freshly announced LG G2 smartphone will be making its way to all major carriers in the U.S. as we all know. But Sprint has just come out with a word that the smartphone will be launched under its unlimited 4G LTE data plans. Sprint is the only carrier to offer the unlimited 4G LTE data plans to its customers, which now makes the deal even sweeter for potential buyers. Sprint will be bringing the smartphone “later this year”, so don’t expect to see it anytime soon. Sprint gave out the information through an official press release.
The LG G2 sports a 5.2 inch 1080p display, a 2.26 GHz Snapdragon 800 chipset, 13MP main camera, a 2.1MP front facing camera, a 3,000 mAh battery and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone will be sold alongside the Quick Window case which the company announced last week. It’s a pity that Sprint refrained from mentioning a specific time frame for the launch, but it’s good to know that it’s coming anyways.
