The Samsung Hennessy a.k.a Galaxy Folder/Golden has finally been unveiled. This puts an end to the weeks of rumors and speculation about the smartphone. The handset (SCH-W789) has been announced in China and will probably never make its way to other countries. This unique device will be marketed as a mid-ranged offering and will bring back memories of the classic Moto Razr.
On the specs front, the Samsung Hennessy will pack two 3.3 inch 480×320 displays as shown in the image, a 5MP camera, a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and a 1,500 mAh battery.
This is a dual SIM smartphone and can support GSM and CDMA SIM cards simultaneously, with a dedicated button to switch between two SIMs. The concept is pretty ideal, but unfortunately, people outside the Republic of China will never get to play with one of these. There’s no information on pricing or launch yet.
