The 2013 Nexus 7 with LTE has been playing hide and seek with us ever since the Google announcement last month. While the variant isn’t officially available anywhere, one lucky user in China was able to get one, thanks to an error by ASUS. And now the 4G LTE variant of the 2013 Nexus 7 seems to have gone up for sale in Germany and Italy. One user from Hannover, Germany apparently picked up his pre-order unit from a MediaMarkt outlet. Its online store currently lists the tablet for €349.
In Italy, ASUS Store and Redcoon are believed to be selling the new variant. Price is still the same, which means that an official launch isn’t far away. However, it’s a little surprising that European markets are getting it first instead of the U.S. which is traditionally the first to get any Nexus device.
The tablet apparently has the Wi-Fi Hotspot feature built in by default, which was missing from the 2012 HSPA+ Nexus 7. If you belong to Germany or Italy and have been waiting for the LTE Nexus 7, head over to the links below to make your purchase.
