LG will launch 8.3 inch 1920×1200 G Pad tablet at IFA 2013

LG G Pad

If reports are to be believed, LG is all set to jump into the tablet game again with the new G Pad tablet. The tablet will be announced at the upcoming IFA 2013 event apparently and will feature a praiseworthy specs sheet as well. The report claims that this tablet will sport an 8.3 inch Full HD Plus (1920×1200) display, a quad core processor of unknown make and 2GB of RAM. The report further claims that the tablet will have a brushed aluminum back plate, which should be fancy. This could be one of the two tablets spotted on Bluetooth SIG last week.

The tablet is said to be light weight with a narrow bezel design, which will certainly enhance the user experience. This is something LG has done with the recently announced G2 as well. No other information is available at this moment, but all our doubts will be cleared in a few weeks when the IFA event kicks off in Berlin. Pricing will be very crucial for the LG G Pad as it is making a re-entry in the tablet industry after a substantial gap.
