According to the leaked user manual of the LG G2 smartphone, it will pack a removable battery as well as a microSD card slot for storage expansion. We already know how the smartphone will feature a nano SIM card tray instead of a micro SIM or a mini SIM, but this new revelation goes a long way in making us understand LG’s approach. The launch is just two days away now, so we’re hoping to get more information on its features by then.
Since this is LG’s flagship for the year, we’re guessing the company would leave no stone unturned in making it a massive success. The company has posted a couple of teaser videos which have helped greatly in building the hype for the smartphone.
The LG G2 will pack a 5 inch 1080p IPS display, the Snapdragon 800 quad core chipset, a 13MP camera, 2GB of RAM, a removable 2,600 mAh battery and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with LG’s custom UI. The smartphone will also feature uniquely placed hardware keys with the volume rocker and the power button placed right beneath the camera sensor, which is certainly the first for a smartphone. So there’s plenty to look forward to from LG’s premier flagship smartphone. We’ll be covering all the news from LG’s NYC event this Wednesday, so make sure you mark your calendars.
