LG has just posted a video on YouTube teasing the upcoming G Pad 8.3 tablet. While there’s no clear mention of the tablet at first, the video shows a bunch of people answering questions on what they want from a tablet. The general consensus obviously is that their current tablet is either too big or too small, and that they don’t usually get it out of their homes. When asked what they would want from their future tablet, people simply respond saying they would like something slim, light and feature rich. And the video finally ends with the words LG G Pad 8.3, which is a decent confirmation of the tablet’s existence and inevitable arrival. LG seems to take great pleasure in teasing us with their future products just a few days prior to the launch. This trend began with the LG G2 earlier this month and should continue with its future products.
It is notable to mention that LG hasn’t been in the tablet game for a couple of years now, so it will be looking to make a major comeback with a powerful tablet. Earlier today we mentioned that the G Pad won’t feature a Snapdragon 800 chipset and LG would go with the less powerful Snapdragon 600 chip instead. We’re not sure if it will matter much for the users as the tablet is also believed to pack a Full HD 1920×1200 resolution display packed into a slender exterior with very thin bezels. All eyes will be focused on Berlin now for the IFA 2013 event.
