Vodafone Smart Tab III Tablets With Android 4.2 Coming Soon

New reports indicate that Vodafone will soon be launching a new line of tablets called the Smart Tab III. The devices will be made by Lenovo but will come with a Vodafone branding. Lenovo is also the same company that made the Smart Tab II which was released under the Vodafone branding in 2012.

There will be two devices under the Smart Tab III line; one has a 7 inch display while the other uses a 10 inch display. Both will already be running on android 4.2 straight out of the box. While pricing details haven’t been revealed yet it’s expected that they will be affordable since these are in-house developed tablets with the carrier branding.

There’s still no announcement as to when these tablets will become available but it’s probably going to be released in the UK first.
