The Sony Xperia Z will be stopping by in Canada “later this month”, according to a press statement. If you recall, the Xperia Z also made its way to the U.S via T-Mobile very recently. The smartphone will be offered exclusively on Bell in Canada for an undisclosed amount. The carrier has even setup a registration page for users to register beforehand. The smartphone will be sold in White, Black and Purple color variants.
The Xperia Z originally broke cover in January this year and is pretty much outdated now with the arrival of newer and fancier Android smartphones. Despite being the first to arrive in the scene, smartphones like the HTC One and the Samsung Galaxy S4 have stolen the thunder from Sony. So it won’t be wrong to call this a late coming of sorts to Canada and the U.S as the Xperia Z is available pretty much everywhere around the globe.
“With its amazing durability, Xperia Z raises the bar for superphones and Bell is proud to be the exclusive Canadian carrier of this innovative and much anticipated mobile device. Combined with the largest LTE network and Bell’s Mobile TV, which includes more than 30 news, entertainment and sports channels, Bell and Sony are making the mobile experience even better,” said the Senior VP of Products at Bell.
