After the leak of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 Duos yesterday, we now have the smaller 5.8 inch Galaxy Mega Duos leaking out, hence confirming the existence and arrival of both. The Duos variants of Samsung smartphones have a huge market in regions like China where the two Galaxy Mega Duos smartphones are reportedly heading first. The Galaxy Mega 5.8 Duos will also carry a specs sheet matching that of the single SIM Galaxy Mega 5.8. This variant will be formally known as the Galaxy Mega I9152.
The Galaxy Mega 5.8 Duos will pack a 5.8 inch qHD display, 8MP camera on the back, 1.9MP camera on the front, 8GB of storage, microSD card slot, 1.4 GHz dual core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, Android 4.2.2 and a 2,600 mAh battery.
With a 190ppi display, the Galaxy Mega 5.8 is certainly not the best around, but with the right pricing, it will certainly attract a decent amount of buyers. There’s no specific info available about the launch of the smartphone, but we’re guessing it should happen any time soon.
