A new report from South Korean blogging site SK News details the Galaxy Note 3 specs, set to topple what is currently out on the smartphone marketplace.
The Galaxy Note 3 screen has been fiddled and questioned, but we are starting to see some resilient reports about a 5.7-inch screen. This move to keep the display away from six-inch could be due to the Galaxy Mega, currently the biggest Samsung smartphone.
Inside the Galaxy Note 3 is where things really start to get interesting, the smartphone will come with the Snapdragon 800 chip but in some areas we suspect Samsung’s Exynos 5 Octa will be fitted into the device.
It will also come with 3GB of RAM, Samsung just announced new modules for 3GB of RAM and we are not surprised it will be coming to their next big smartphone.
With the Galaxy S4 already coming with LTE-advanced support, we believe Samsung will add this to the phone as well. SK News seems to concur, but this may be a South Korean release only, given the low amount of carriers actually on-board LTE-advanced.
Android 4.3 will come pre-loaded on the device, Samsung will use its usual TouchWiz skin and will add a whole host of apps, including stylus based apps to take control of the phone through the stylus.
We expect it to launch at IFA 2013 on the first week of September.
