Samsung are finally bringing a AT&T LTE enabled version of their Galaxy Note 8.0 to the united states, this comes after a while of their only being a WiFi enabled variant of the product. The product will arrive in the states in the up and coming weeks and will be exclusively sold by AT&T, there has been no word on pricing of the product but it won’t come cheap or subsidised.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 has the same 1280 x 800 display as the Note 10.1, the device is also packing a 1.6GHz Exynos 4 Quad core processor. The tablet costs around $399 for the WiFi only version so the LTE enabled version will command a larger price tag. The tablet also comes with an S Pen for more precision usage and the device has a sturdy build quality so you won’t have to wrap it in cotton wool.
The disappointment of this tablet is that they battery life is really bad especially since it’s rivals can get a longer battery life with the same functionality. Especially since the LTE enabled version will be burning through battery life like there’s no tomorrow you might want to invest in an external battery if you’re serious about getting this tablet.
