HTC One Mini has already been leaked onto the web before, with a few blurry images and renders of the smartphone. Now, Engadget has got their hands on another image from a reliable source, showing the HTC One Mini and its older sibling.
We may see some of the features stick to the condensed version of the HTC One, including Android 4.2.2 with Sense 5. However, hardware will change both internally and externally.
This starts with the screen size, the HTC One Mini will come with a 4.3-inch 720p display, a more friendly model for those who do not like large smartphones with enormous screen sizes.
The front of the HTC One Mini will be plastic and will have a little more bezel than the original version, we suspect HTC has remodelled the Mini and possibly downgraded the design to make it cheaper.
There will be no IR blaster on the HTC One Mini and some other features may be taken out. We believe the Mini will launch sometime in Q3 for $99 on a two-year contract deal.
