CPU-Z Released Onto Android, Currently in Beta

Any of you who have looked into your computer’s specifications probably have heard of CPU ID, a useful Windows tool that you can launch in order to gain more knowledge about the hardware components living inside your computer. Luckily, the folks over at CPU ID have heard our prayers over on Android, and have launched a similar app, currently in beta, called CPU-Z.

The app can be used to find out more about the processor and components living inside your Android device. As soon as you launch the app, you’ll be greeted with a screen that presents all your hardware specifications to you. It knows information such as the CPU, Screen resolution, RAM, and Device Brand & Model. No loading, no testing, right there. Kind of creepy, right?

For the common Android user, this might not be much, but for those who like to gain more knowledge about their CPU clock speeds, this app may come in handy.

Please do note that the developer does state the app is in beta, so if you do run into bugs, be sure to use the handy “Send Debug Infos” button inside the app.
