For the past few months, we have been getting plenty of rumors on various Samsung devices and many of them even turned out to be true. Luckily for us, most of the rumors brought in good news like a new Smartphone or a feature.
But this rumor will definitely disappoint Samsung fans across the globe. If you have been waiting for the Galaxy Note III expecting it to have a flexible display, then you are sure to be disappointed, as insiders of Sam Mobile have said that the next flagship device from the South Korean company won’t be featuring a flexible display.
Unfortunately, there is more. Rumors suggest that NOTE III won’t even have the metal body as predicted by many analysts and the company will stick to the traditional design philosophy that it has been using since Galaxy SIII. So, the Note III would look much similar to the Galaxy S4 (all plastic design) with the difference being the screen size and some other NOTE specific features.
If these rumors turn out to be true, it would be a big letdown. Back in CES, Samsung had showcased their flexible display technology and the curved notification area on the phone displayed looked interesting. With Galaxy S4 not featuring this display we were pretty much hoping atleast the NOTE III would. But looks like we would have to wait for some more time, maybe till the launch of the Galaxy SV to see how the display looks in hand.
Talking about rumors, we also have a basic idea on the specs of the device. Note III is likely to feature an octa core processor – 1.9 GHz Quad core A9 cortex and 1.6 GHz Quad Core A7 cortex processors, 13 MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera, 5.99 inch full HD AMOLED screen and the latest android version.
To sum up, Galaxy Note III just like its predecessors will be a bigger version of its sibling.
We know you won’t be happy, but all we can do right now is hope these rumors are not true.
