New 41MP Nokia Lumia rumoured for July launch

Nokia just released their new line of Lumia devices, including the Lumia 925 and Lumia 928 on Verizon. There was one rumoured phone missing from the event however, the Nokia EOS.

The Nokia EOS is a hidden project and like the Nokia tablet it was not announced at the London event. The Nokia EOS will apparently have a 41MP camera, like the Nokia 808.

Other details include a 4.5-inch 720p display and a polycarbonate build similar the Lumia 920 but with rounded edges. We expect Nokia to work hard on the camera features, but make this a mid-range device.

The Nokia EOS has a rumoured July launch date and we believe the Finnish company will try and get it out to a worldwide audience in Q3 2013.

  1. Have you seen the new Lumia 925? That is the new flagship for Nokia, but I agree, they need to go all out on the Nokia EOS to keep up with Android.

  2. THEY MUST PUT BETTER RESOLUTION AND MAKE THIS A HIGH END! The time of the lumia 920 as the top-notch lumia is over. It’s time to make a new high-end. The lumia 920 can’t stay around forever! 1080p is a must on the EOS, if they really go with WXGA once again than they must be really, really stupid. And I say that as a HUGE nokia fan.
