It is no longer surprising for the Motorola brand to launch its cell phones in striking colors according to Engadget. For instance, during the past, it released the gunmetal gray and gold colors for its other models as the source pointed out. Even though the brand is already under Google, it seems that it is not giving up the tradition yet.
Recently, it was reported that the Motorola Droid RAZR M and Droid RAZR HD variants are both getting facelifts. Based on the article, new versions of the phones will be sporting a blue hue. However, the bezels and the rear casing of the phones will still be black. In addition, the Droid M’s power button will still keep its silver highlight. On the other hand, only the borders around the screen of the Droid RAZR HD and its power button will get the blue color.
Availability and Pricing
The same source pointed out that the devices will be exclusively offered by Verizon. The good thing about it is the carrier will still retain its pricing for the new versions of the units.
A related news from Ubergizmo said that the Motorola Droid RAZR M will come for free while the Droid RAZR HD will be offered with a price tag of $99.99. The only catch of the amazing offers by Verizon is that both will have to come under a two-year contract. But without a contract, customers will have to dish out $549 for the Droid RAZR M and $599 for the Droid RAZR HD.
So far, both devices have gained good overall reviews from various sites and customers. Among the things praised from the two phones are their amazing designs, fast performance, wonderful 4G capabilities, great call qualities and long battery life.
