It has been reported that Samsung will introduce two newer versions of its Galaxy smart phones. One of the versions will be 6.3 inches long while the other version will be 5.8 inches long. The 6.3 inch version comes with a RAM of 1.5 GB and a dual core processor with a speed of 1.7 GHz.
This is an improvement since the older versions of the Galaxy Grand model and the Galaxy Note 2 model had a speed of about 1.2 GHz to 1.6 GHz. The new versions are meant to improve a few features but not to remove some features.
The 5.8 inch model will have a dual core processor with a speed of about 1.4 GHz. Its resolution is said to be about 960 by 540 pixels. The smart phone will already have an android operating system installed. This version will run on a 4.2 version of the operating system. In addition to these basic features, the 5.8 inch version will have GPS and GPRS capabilities already functioning.
Although Samsung has not revealed the prices for the new versions, unofficial sources claim that the 6.3 inch version will cost around $900. The 5.8 inch model will not be available to the UK market. The 6.3 inch model will be available in most parts of the United States, Europe, Asia and a few parts of Africa. The 5.8 inch model will be available in the United States only.
