Amplified Analytics conducted a very detailed analysis recently about the customer satisfaction and reviews about the major smart phone manufacturers with various wireless carriers in the United States. And guess what, Nokia is the winner when it comes to customer satisfaction. As you can see from the graph above, the Finnish smart phone manufacturer is at the top with AT&T and Verizon customers, with only slightly behind HTC with T Mobile subscribers.
According to the report, Nokia has a customer satisfaction which is 21 per cent more than the average. Nokia has always had good customer support and it continues to provide the same service. And Samsung and Apple are usually finishing up as close runner ups in the graph. If this continues, Nokia may get a chance to get back some amount of market share again.
