Nokia is really busy these days marketing its Lumia smartphones and recapturing its lost market share. Nokia has come up with pretty nice and budget friendly Lumia phones running Windows Phone. According to Microsoft Windows Phone is outselling iPhone in six countries and Blackberry in twenty six. The emerging OS has also managed to hit a market share of more than 10 percent in several countries.
Windows Phone Central has received image of the rumoured Nokia Lumia 950 which seems to be the Finnish Company’s next flagship device. Every smartphone manufacturer seems to follow Apple with one flagship device a year and this also helps them boost their market share. The leaked image shows ‘Lumia 950’ on the display while the Nokia logo is on the top near the front facing camera. The interesting part is the Windows Phone logo which is different from the previous Lumia phones.
Nokia Lumia 950 is rumoured to pack a 1280×768 AMOLED display with PureMotion HD technology as used in the Lumia 920. It is also reported to boast a larger battery, 2 GB RAM and a rear camera with larger sensor. The new camera will feature Xenon flash, lossless zoom, video stabilization, oversampling and better low-light performance.
Lumia 950 will run Windows Phone 8 out of box; Nokia is not in a mood to talk about the upcoming Lumia phone but if the leaked image is not fake, we will soon be playing with Lumia 950. Not to forget that this image shows the prototype only and Nokia may make some changes to the final design of the phone.
