There are just two remaining for the announcement of the next big thing from the South Korean Android smart phone giant, the Samsung Galaxy S IV. But we have been reading a lot of rumors about the device already. The company is going to host an event in New York on the 14th of this month to unveil the new flagship smart phone.
And with just two days remaining, the company has released a new teaser image of the smart phone. And this has to be the clearest image of the smart phone we have seen till date. But we do not get more info about the smart phone from the image. As you can see, we can just say that the smart phone is going to look more like the Samsung Galaxy S III, and not like the Samsung Galaxy S II as suggested by the purported Galaxy S IV cases we have seen till today.
The image does not reveal much of the hardware as well. But according to the rumors that we have seen so far and the screenshots that have been leaked till today, we can say that the Samsung Galaxy S IV will come with a 13 mega pixel camera on the back, which is listed as 12.8 mega pixel which can take images with the resolution 4128 x 3096 pixels. The smart phone will also have a full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution screen, and is supposed to be 5 inches big. The smart phone is going to run on a 1.8 GHz eight core Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor, with 2 GB of RAM. Also, the smart phone is supposed to come with Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean out of the box.
Even though these specs appear to be the real deal, we cannot be completely sure of this till we get to see the actual product in two days. So stay tune.
