We have a new spec release of a new smart phone from the Japanese smart phone manufacturer, Sony. The smart phone in question is the Sony Xperia C670X, and the company is said to be competing with the high end smart phones of the society including Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S IV, HTC One, and others. The smart phone is said to be launched in the summer of this year, however, we should not be taking this seriously.
The smart phone is going to come with a 4.8 inch display with a full HD 1080p display, 1080 x 1920 pixels, just like the Sony Xperia Z, but with a smaller display. The smart phone will be based on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T chipset and a 1.8 GHz quad core processor, and Adreno 320 graphics. The smart phone will also feature the now standard 2 GB of RAM, and with this comes the usual 32 GB of internal storage for users. The company will be putting a 13 mega pixel Exmor RS camera sensor into the smart phone as well.
So after all this, when can you expect to get it in your hands? Well, the rumors suggest that you will be able to get it in the middle of this year, we are expecting at the beginning of the third quarter of the year. Also, the smart phone is expected to come with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, may be Android 4.2.2.
The Xperia Blog is the website that has leaked this info which it claims to have gotten from a source. And along with this spec sheet, we also have an image of the smart phone, as you can see above. The image is supposed to be the new rumored Sony Xperia C670X. But as you can read at the source link, there seems to be some confusion about that as well.
