Sony has recently unveiled Xperia L which is heavily focused on Imaging. Xperia L is a part of mid-ranged Xperia family which is very popular amongst the youngsters. It features 1 GHz dual-core Krait processor along with Adreno 305 GPU, 4.3 inch display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G HSPA connectivity. It will come with 8 GB of Internal memory but you can use microSD to expand the memory up to 32GB.
Xperia L boasts an 8 Megapixel camera with Sony’s Exmor RS sensor with built-in HDR mode for stills and video. The curved body of Xperia L makes it a treat for the eyes and LED strip at the bottom of the phone notifies you with updates. Weighing 137 grams and measuring in at 9.7mm Xperia L is very comfortable to handle. It seems that Sony is still in love with the Arc’s design and so do I; the arced back of Xperia L makes it a real looker.
Sony has used a descent 1700mAh battery which will produce even better results with the Stamina Mode. Xperia L will be available in Red, White and Black in Q2 of this year. It will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of box while Walkman Player, Movies and Album apps will come preloaded in the phone. It is already available for pre-order in UK and is priced at £235 while the pricing in US is yet to be announced by Sony.
