There are a lot of Android manufacturers in China which some of us haven’t even heard of. One such company which is getting much attention lately is Neo. If you are familiar with the name then you must have heard of their Neo N002 Android smartphone which despite its low price (around $160) comes with impressive specifications.
Neo will once again soon be releasing a successor to the N002 which is called the Neo N003 and this time around will only cost $145. For this price range you might think that you will be getting a low end device but from the specs that were provided by a company insider it is comparable to mid-range devices.
Neo N003 Technical Specifications
- 5 inch full HD display 1920 x 1080 resolution
- MediaTek MT6589 quad core processor
- 13 MP rear camera
- 3000mAh battery
If the device pushes on with its price point then this will become the world’s cheapest full HD device. The current cheapest HD smartphone is the iOcean X7 Youth which is only available in the Chinese market and costs $160.
It’s also confirmed that a flagship version of the N003 will also be released but will be selling for $240. While no specifics were given yet on this device we’re excited to know what the company will offer with the addition of $100 on the price tag.
Neo is a popular company in China known for releasing low priced Android devices that comes with impressive specifications. This allows the company to compete effectively against other popular Android brands. The company’s current main product is the Neo N002 which is a dual core Android device that comes with a 4.5 inch qHD display.
