As far as the specifications of this device go we really can’t see anything spectacular. Its average to below average specs when compared to today’s models definitely points to a budget device. One of its main selling points though is that it will come in a variety of colors, with pink being one of the popular so far. This model might carve out a niche on women or teen consumers.
There is no official announcement yet as to when this will be released or how much it is going to cost. Chances are Alcatel will be making the official announcement during the Mobile World Congress which will be held next month.
Alcatel has been in the limelight lately as the company has slowly been releasing various Android models in the market. Although we still have to see a notable high end device from them their lows to mid-range offerings has a pretty solid lineup. Consumers who are using their products will testify that their devices despite coming at budget prices do not sacrifice quality.
The company is gearing up to introduce more Android smartphones and tablets this year as they aim to capture a greater share of the market.
