The Samsung Galaxy Premier was officially unveiled by Samsung in Taiwan and is expected to go on sale there this month. This model was supposed to make its way to the market last December but then got delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances.
The device will be selling for 15,900 TWD or roughly US$549. This is actually lower than the price set last October which stood at $680. Taiwan might not be the only country to get this model this month as other countries across Asia might also be getting this device. In Europe, Russia and Ukraine are also likely candidates to get it this month however nothing official has been disclosed by Samsung yet.
The Samsung Galaxy Premier i9260 is a downgraded version of the popular flagship model Samsung Galaxy S III. In terms of physical appearance it looks quite similar to the S III that it’s difficult to distinguish between both models if you are looking at it from afar.
