Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update rolls out in Poland

| January 10, 2013 | 15 Comments

The Samsung Galaxy Note Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update starts rolling out today in Poland after months of waiting. The South Korean manufacturer Samsung previously announced that it will roll out update for the first-generation Note in Poland bringing along the Premium Suite package that comes with applications owners would surely want to have. Few users reported they have already downloaded the update into their Galaxy Note N7000 via the Samsung KIES.

This update is pretty exciting for owners of Galaxy Note because it will bring a lot of cool functionalities native to the Galaxy Note 2. First, there are new S-Pen optimized applications that make it even more useful not to mention current apps will be updated. Some motion controls and features for TouchWiz will be added.

Perhaps, the most popular feature native to the Note 2 is the new Multi View functionality that brings true multi-tasking to a mobile device as it allows two applications to run simultaneously without making the user close the other. Once Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean was successfully installed in the Note, owners could enjoy this feature, too. But of course, this update will make the device buttery smooth and more responsive than ever.

The Galaxy Note is the first smartphone-tablet hybrid built by Samsung and was released bearing its proprietary Exynos chipset with dual-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz complemented by 1GB RAM. In short, the device, based on its specs, can run whatever update the company will throw at it. It’s a good thing the South Korean still shows interest in its older device.

If you are in Poland right now and want to check if the update is available, then try searching for updates using your device first. Based on Samsung’s previous roll outs in Poland, updates are always made available over-the-air (OTA) and the KIES. If you can’t find anything in your device, try to download Samsung KIES from the company’s website, install it in your computer and let it do the trick.
