A new Samsung smartphone has just been introduced to the Korean market called the Samsung GALAXY Pop (SHV-E220S). It is described as resembling the Galaxy Premiere in design yet having similarities as well with the Galaxy S3. Don’t confuse this with the old Galaxy Pop though since this is a new version.

Samsung-Galaxy-Pop

Samsung GALAXY Pop (SHV-E220S) Technical Specifications

  • Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean
  • 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display
  • 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 4412 processor
  • Mali-400
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 8GB internal storage; expandable via microSD card slot
  • 8MP rear-facing camera; 1.9MP front-facing camera
  • WiFi a/b/g/n
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • NFC
  • 2100mAh battery

The device comes with pretty decent specs. It uses a Super AMOLED HD display that’s one of the biggest strengths of the company. It also uses a powerful quad-core processor and an ample 1 GB of RAM. One other impressive feature of this model is that it will already come with LTE connectivity. The only downside that we could see so far is its use of Android 4.1.2 when the company could have already used Android 4.2.

According to several sources this model will be making its debut over at SK Telecom in South Korea. There’s no official information yet on whether this device will be sold internationally.

Samsung is known for releasing quality smartphone models to cater to all market sectors. This model might be considered a mid-range device yet it definitely looks impressive in paper. We would really love to see this device makes it way outside the Korean market.

The company is trying to sustain its momentum this year coming from its success last year.

Same sung galaxy s3 is brilliant but with poor network with t mobile if it were not because of that problems I have not yet see any phone that we will compare the ability to Samsung slll galaxy .in writing to communicate is very faster than any phones I had used. If there would be some in provement to control the network under t-mobile it could be brilliant and superior phones the battery because of android system is great it tell some time the life of the battery. But is not a major fault only the network system.
