Just last week Sony announced their entry-level Android devices, the Xperia E and Xperia E Dual, but said literally nothing about what pricing would look like. Today from a press release that Sony Mobile Germany sent out sheds some light into what we’ll be seeing price wise with these two devices.
The single-SIM Xperia E will set consumers back by €160 with its dual-SIM costing a mere €10 more at a total of €170. This is essentially the same price of the Xperia micro or the dual-Sim Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos, which both have similar hardware to the Xperia E.
The Xperia E and E Duos are set to launch in the first quarter of 2013, which shouldn’t be too long for those who are looking forward to these device(s). Both are touting a single-core Cortex-A5 CPU, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a small 3.5-inch HVGA screen with a 3-megapixel camera and FWVGA video capture.
