This has definitely been the month of Jelly Bean for Samsung owners, and yet another device is receiving the Jelly Bean update. Reports are saying that Samsung is slowly starting to roll out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean in phases for owners of the international Galaxy Note II LTE. This update will bring the build to JZO54K, and will be offering some new and noteworthy enhancements to the international Galaxy Note II. Users of the device will get to play around with new features like Notification Toggles, will be able to customize the Notification Panel and will get to experience an all-new Group Cast application. Group Cast will allow users to share music and photos with other Samsung device owners.
If you own the GT-N7105 variant of the Note II, you should be receiving the update to Android 4.1.2 fairly soon. SamMobile notes that the update is rolling out in Poland and Sweden and other countries should be getting the update shortly. While the OTA (Over The Air) update will be rolling out slowly, you can also grab it via the Kies Desktop software.
Hopefully us in the states won’t be waiting very long for the Android 4.1.2 update, as we are currently on Android 4.1.1. Granted, we all could be waiting quite some time based off of how long recent updates have taken for devices in general.
If you’ve gotten the update to Android 4.1.2 on your Note II device, make sure to let us know how you’re liking it so far in the comments section below!
