As you know, The PlayStation Mobile store was officially available for Android devices only two months ago. The PlayStation mobile originally launched compatible with three of HTC’s devices — the One X, One S and One V. Users of these devices were obviously grateful to have access to the PlayStation Mobile store, but more HTC devices have also been added to the list. Owners of the new HTC One X+, the One XL and the EVO 4G LTE will now have access to the PlayStation Mobile store.
Here’s the full list of HTC PlayStation-certified devices:
HTC One V
HTC One X
HTC One S
HTC One XL
HTC EVO 4G LTE
HTC One X+
Granted, not all of the titles may work on HTC devices, but Sony has promised that they would be available for the listed devices as soon as possible. The statement Sony sent out in October:
“HTC mobile device owners cannot access PlayStation®Mobile for the moment. However, we are working with HTC to ensure PlayStation®Mobile launches as soon as possible. We will update you soon.”
The PlayStation Mobile store originally launched as an exclusive on Xperia Play, but later on PlayStation certification had been widened as Sony was able to get deals with HTC, Sharp and Fujitsu.
