Samsung Galaxy Note II Dock Adds HDMI Port And 3 USB Ports For $100

If you’ve already decided upon getting a Galaxy Note II, and if you’ve been keeping up with the news on the handset, you should probably know that this bad boy is a beast as it is. Still, if you want to take advantage of it even further, there is an accessory that you might just be interested in looking at. The official Galaxy Note II dock has been listed on Samsung’s U.S website and adds a few features that you might enjoy on your Note II. The dock features a full-fledged HDMI output with 1080p video support, a 3.5mm audio output, and three standard USB ports for hooking up peripherals to the device. Just hook this bad boy up to your HDTV, grab yourself a keyboard and a mouse, and you’ll have a full-fledged multimedia computer. Since there is a 3rd USB port you could get one of those USB monitors as well. Just forget about lugging your laptop around town and use that for studying at a coffee shop or something instead.

However, don’t pull out your wallet just yet, as the accessory is actually not in stock as of yet. Right now, it is expected to become available through Samsung’s online store within two weeks, and considering that some of the United States carriers aren’t getting the Galaxy Note II for a while yet, that actually might just be perfect timing for the Korean tech giant. It really isn’t too bad of a wait either. Getting one of these docks for the Samsung Galaxy Note II will set you back by $100, but as you can imagine, it is well worth it if it can transform your Galaxy Note II into a full-fledged multimedia computer.

If you’re wanting to get a 7-inch USB monitor, I’ve included a link to a pretty good one below. Unfortunately, it will also set you back a good $100 or so, but if you are looking to have your Galaxy Note II as a full-fledged multimedia computer, it might just be well worth the price. Nevertheless, this dock for the Samsung Galaxy Note II looks pretty amazing, and is actually not that bad in terms of pricing. Things like this usually cost a bit more (in my experience) so I really wouldn’t mind throwing down another $100 on a dock like this.

if you want to check out all of the cool photos and details on this new dock by Samsung, make sure to hit up the source link below as it will give you all of the information you need on this guy. I’m really excited to see this guy release in the next few weeks here, I will definitely be getting one myself.

Are you going to be getting a dock for your Galaxy Note II? Do you think that this one specifically will be worth it? Would you grab a 7-inch USB monitor and pair it with your Note II instead of lugging around a laptop? Sound off in the comments below!
