Although, there are Developer Edition’s available for the Samsung Galaxy S III, which are targeting more power users and they did so by launching it on the official Samsung’s website. However, the problem here is that the main phone should not be locked, especially not the boot loader. From the reply of Verizon’s customer representative, we can say that there will soon be a software update that will help users in unlocking the boot loader of Samsung Galaxy S III.

Though, the replay does not gives us a time of release, it sure does give us hope in knowing that the software update will answer to all of our calls about the unlocking of Samsung Galaxy S III boot loader.

The Developers Edition of Samsung Galaxy S III, was launched a few weeks ago and can be bought from Samsung’s website. However, the boot loader issues are something that has been bothering almost every Samsung Galaxy S III user.

The Samsung Galaxy S III came with powerful features, which require unlocked boot loader in order to explore more options or to check the extent of its features. Its key features include 1.5 GHz dual core processor, and running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Other than this, this smart phone also features an 8 MP back camera, which has some unique features along with a 1.9 MP front camera that is made perfect for Skype calls and other interactive chats.

The Samsung Galaxy S III features a smart back to back sharing feature that allows users to share large HD files in a matter of seconds. There is no long wait for file sharing with this smart phone, that is a given with S Beam. More sharing options include photo and media sharing as well, which are also made smarter, which kind of balances all the features and brings them to a new level of smartness.

However, the features of this smart phone will remain unexplored if the boot loader is locked. As always, we hope that Verizon works on its software update as quickly as possible so that Samsung Galaxy S III users can enjoy an unlocked boot loader on their Samsung Galaxy S III.
