It has been a long wait for Android device owners. Manufactures have been slowly rolling out the OS update to their devices. The ICS OS was first introduced late last year on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in November. Almost seven months later, some of the Honeycomb and Gingerbread users are still left in the dust awaiting the update. But the wait is coming to an end Galaxy Tab owners, you should have your ICS update soon.
With the ICS update from Honeycomb, the tablets should have smoother/faster UI experience. It also has additional capabilities such as Face Unlock, Android Beam for NFC based sharing, improved multi-tasking, take screenshots, and better browsing experience.
